The Village of New Square Code is comprised of three primary components: Administrative Legislation, General Legislation, and Land Use Regulations. Together, these sections establish the laws, policies, and regulations that govern village operations and development.
The Village of New Square uses eCode360 to host an online version of the Village Code. Newly adopted laws that have not yet been fully incorporated into the Code may be found in the “New Laws” section within the online portal. The portal also provides an index, search functionality, and a Disposition List that offers a chronological record of legislation adopted by the Village of New Square.
